Refund Policy

GENERAL POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, products must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the overall same condition that they were received.  If there is noticeable damage to the product when it is delivered, immediately tell the carrier so that it is documented on the delivery papers.  In addition, notify us within 48 hours of said delivery via our online Return Merchandise Authorization  ("RMA") form. You may find it by clicking on "Returns" in the bottom left section of the "Home" page.  

All items must be returned to the warehouse within 14 days after delivery in order to be considered for a refund.  Therefore, please inspect products immediately after receiving them to ensure you are satisfied with them.  


NON-REFUNDABLE ITEM(S)

  • Clearance priced product
  • Gift cards
  • Interior design services
  • Used product
  • Damaged product caused by the customer


HOW TO RETURN PRODUCT

  1. Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form online by clicking on the "Returns" link in the bottom left section of the "Home" page.  Items will not be considered for return unless this form is completed and a RMA number is received
  2. We will send you an email containing a RMA number and an address where you should ship the product.   You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless we sent you the wrong product or the product arrived to you damaged.   We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance when returning product.  We do not guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
  3. We will send you an email to notify you that the product has arrived to the warehouse. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after the product has been inspected by warehouse personnel.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  The refund will be equal to the product price at the time of sale less a 20% restocking fee.  However, if the return is because the wrong product was shipped or was damaged when it arrived, the restocking fee will not be deducted from the refund.
